Personal data supplied by Users while using the Site and/or services derived from it and/or connected are treated by the owners   NotOnlyRooms (hereinafter "Owner"), in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30th June 2003 "Code concerning the protection of personal data." Type of Users
Site users (person, group of persons, association, foundation, charities, Real Estate Agent, Company or Organization) are further divided into:

- Real Estate Agent, Freelance Professional, Company, Agency, Association, Foundation, non-profit organization or corporation (called "Commercial User").
All Users may access certain services (e.g. search for accommodation) without the need to register and in an anonymous way, while for other services (for example, placing a classified ad) you must register.

The data belonging to Users  who sign onto the Website, are collected by the Owner exclusively through the compilation of certain forms (hereinafter "Forms") offered directly online on the same Site. The form can be of different types depending on the kind of registration that the user intends to make.

Treatment of Personal Data
The data collected through the Site are used, subject to the consent of the User, in order to benefit from the services provided on the Site. Data processing can be used to detect the degree of user satisfaction and the quality of services offered and rendered. Data collection is carried out directly on behalf of the owner or by external parties,   such as managers and/or Trustees, through its organization or by service companies, such as managers and/or Trustees. In conclusion, the collected data are used only to provide the services supplied in the Site.

Providing your data is entirely optional, but a refusal by the User makes it impossible for the owner to follow up on requests and to provide the services requested.

For this reason the Users   become autonomous owners and the Owner is not responsible for the data processing on their part. How long we keep your Data for
Your Personal Information will be kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection: publication of adverts, publication of requests, participation in the forum and contact with other Users.
